What counts towards volume?
Volume = total card purchases + bank payments your agents execute in a month. Inbound Collect (payment links, invoices) doesn't count against volume.
What happens if I go over?
Nothing breaks. We charge a soft overage fee (0.3%–0.5% depending on plan) on the excess. No hard caps, no frozen agents.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, instantly, pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Do you charge per agent or per card?
No. Plans include N agents and N cards. You pay a flat monthly price + overage on volume — nothing else.
